「絵の題」としてはなんともロマンチックではない題名だが、服部時計店、と言われていたものがセイコーに改名
ビルは和光の本店でもある。ただ、銀座のシンボルを絵にしたかっただけだが。

My office building
初めに付けたタイトルは「サラリーマンの骨壺」 縁起でもないタイトルだが、これを描いた10年ほど前はサラリーマンの仕事はかなりキツい時代だった。ビルに入れば、そこに空があり、バラが咲いた壁があり、ほとんどがこの空間で集約される。そんな生活を皮肉っぽく描いた絵。決して暗い絵ではないことがポイント。
